My journey began in Los Angeles 2014, while pursing my bachelor’s degree in Accounting.  I was cooking at home and selling local meals to the Kuwaiti students in the area. Eventually my cooking hobby turned into a professional career. By joining culinary institutions, resturant hospitality & management courses, and working in the field itself, I laid the foundation for a career that blends cooking with a business outlook. Part of my journey was moving to Shanghai, China and working in the hospitality and F&B sector.

As my cooking career picked up, so did my position and responsibilities. After coming back to Los Angeles, I then worked with Chef Philip Lee , a Michelin Star chef. Started out as a prep cook & dishwasher and made my way up to a line cook.

My professional path is marked by significant milestones, locally and internationally. Thought my time at Group Six United. a Kuwaiti resturant group handling: Habra, Lunchroom, Chestnut, and GunBun , we won four TimeOut Magazine restaurants awards and the UK’s Best Croissant award for 2023 & 2024. My passion for cooking is the drive that pushed me to establish my own consulting company hoping to bring solutions to the F&B sector.
